WebI'm using the treadmill right now but plan on taking it outside at some point. That is my ultimate goal. THis my 2nd go at C25K. I got as far as W5D3 last time and couldn't get past the 20 minute run. This time I'm starting on the treadmill, presently on W3D3, and once I get back week 5 I plan on starting from day 1 outside.
