WebShortly after receiving my Fire HD 10 tablet, I was able to use USB cord and my Windows 7 PC recognized it and was able to sync music mp3's to my Fire HD 10, very easy. Now, neither of my PC's recognize the Fire in order to copy mp3's to my Fire HD 10. Both PC's show the Fire exists, but does not show content. WebI connected my Fire HD 8 to a Windows 10 laptop. Win10 detected the tablet but not its storage. To see the storage, I went to the Fire HD 8 "Settings" --> "Connected Devices" --> "USB" then changed from 'Charge this device' to 'Transfer files'. The tablet storage then appeared in File Manager. HTH.
