Nothing special about this O-ring. It is described in the Ford parts manual as a 7/16" outer, 5/16" inner, 1/8" thick O-ring. Should be a regular O-ring at most hardware stores. The lockwasher is standard as well. The Ford part number is 34806-S.
WebMay 17, 2013 · Get a C4 Seal kit. It has all the o-rings, gaskets, etc in it. You could also try a local Transmission repair shop and tell then that is the only part you need and they may have one from a seal kit for a transmission that did not get broken down that far. I have a lot of the gaskets left from working on mine, but that was one I used.
