As far as I know go get has no flags to indicate it should not download, so it can't replace go install here. The same workflow is used when you develop a new package from scratch. WebDirty cars. The service is good and unique but the cars in my area are generally very dirty. Interiors are seldom cleaned. Open the boots and they are filthy. Not a space I want to put my shopping into.
