Not "main.img" as this is the procedure for not having to start the game over with open areas, all dating, etc. Start game and load a save. Task out and run "sacensor.exe". I get "Unable to open process.

Have you installed any pedestrian mods or something or perhaps a total other mod. And yes, you have to have V1 but if you had V2 you couldn't even start the game.
