WebYou may file by complaint by contacting the MCCMH-ORR at (586) 469-6528. Our business hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. You may also leave a message during non-business hours and staff will contact you during normal business hours. You may also fill out a Recipient Rights Complaint form and either mail, fax or e-mail it. [email protected]. If you believe that one of your rights have been violated, you (or someone on your behalf) may use this form to make a complaint. A Rights Officer/Advisor will review the complaint and may conduct an investigation. You can reach the Office of Recipient Rights at 1-800-281-0481.
